These terms and policies apply to all use of this website and to every order placed with Juego Padel Co ("Juego", "we", "us"). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to them. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

1. Who we are

Juego Padel Co is a padel apparel brand. You can contact us at info@juegopadelco.com. We aim to reply within two working days.

2. Products and made to order

Our garments are made to order. That keeps waste down, but it also means production begins once your order is placed and typically takes 2 to 7 working days before dispatch. Product images are for illustration. Colours can vary between screens, fabric batches and print runs, and minor variation in print placement, shade and finish is a normal characteristic of made-to-order garments and is not a fault.

3. Orders, pricing and payment

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse, limit or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud or resale.
  • Prices, products and promotions can change at any time without notice.
  • If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after an order confirmation has been sent.
  • Payment is taken at checkout. Your contract with us is formed when we dispatch your order, not when payment is taken.

4. Shipping and delivery

  • All dispatch and delivery times shown on this site are estimates only and are not guaranteed. They are not of the essence of the contract.
  • Because items are made to order, production time is added before shipping time.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, strikes, peak periods or any other events outside our control, and delay does not entitle you to compensation or cancellation charges against us.
  • You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Orders sent to an address given incorrectly at checkout are your responsibility, and reshipping costs are payable by you.
  • For deliveries outside the UK, any import duties, customs charges and local taxes are your responsibility. Refusal to pay these does not entitle you to a refund of shipping costs.
  • Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you provided.

5. Returns and exchanges

We want you to keep clothes you love, and because every piece is made to order we operate a strict returns policy.

  • Authorisation first. Email info@juegopadelco.com within 14 days of delivery to request a return. Returns sent without prior authorisation may be refused.
  • Condition. Items must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with all tags attached and in their original packaging, and free of marks, deodorant, perfume, smoke, pet hair or any other signs of use. Items failing inspection will not be refunded and can be sent back to you at your cost.
  • Return shipping. Return postage is at your cost. We strongly recommend a tracked service; returned items remain your responsibility until they reach us, and we are not liable for returns lost or damaged in transit.
  • Original shipping. Original delivery charges are non-refundable, except where the item is faulty or the law requires otherwise.
  • Refunds. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving and inspecting the return.
  • Exchanges. Exchanges are subject to availability and production times, and are treated as a return plus a new order.
  • Not returnable. Custom clubwear, personalised items and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. Items marked as final sale are not returnable.

If you are a UK or EU consumer you may have a statutory right to cancel a distance purchase of standard (non-personalised) items within 14 days of delivery. Where that right applies, these terms operate alongside it and do not reduce it.

6. Faulty items

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us as soon as possible, and ideally within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and clear photographs. Genuine faults will be repaired, replaced or refunded, including reasonable return postage. Wear and tear, misuse, failure to follow care instructions, snagging from court surfaces or equipment, and natural changes to fabric over time are not faults.

7. Product use, care and safety

  • Our garments are sportswear. They have no protective, safety or impact-absorbing function and must not be relied on as protective equipment.
  • Padel and other sports carry inherent risk of injury. You take part at your own risk, and to the fullest extent permitted by law we accept no liability for any injury, loss or damage sustained while playing sport or carrying out any activity in our garments, except where caused by a genuine defect in the product or by our negligence.
  • Follow the care instructions on each garment's label. We are not responsible for damage caused by washing, drying or ironing contrary to those instructions.
  • If you have sensitive skin or known allergies, check the fabric composition listed on the product page before wearing. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

8. Custom clubwear

  • Quotes and mock-ups are valid for 30 days.
  • Production begins only after you approve the final mock-up. Once approved, the mock-up is final and binding, including spelling, names, numbers, logo sizes and placements.
  • Custom and personalised items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded unless faulty.
  • You confirm that you have the right to use any logo, crest, sponsor mark, name or other artwork you supply, and you agree to cover us in full for any claim that artwork you supplied infringes someone else's rights.
  • Lead times for club orders are estimates and depend on quantities and production schedules.
  • Printed colours may vary slightly from on-screen mock-ups.

9. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law, including your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Subject to that:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of enjoyment, missed events or matches, or losses that were not foreseeable when the order was placed.
  • Our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the price you paid for that order.
  • We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control.

10. Website and intellectual property

  • All content on this site, including the Juego name, logos, product designs, photography and text, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.
  • We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that content is error-free or that the site will be uninterrupted, and we may change or withdraw any part of it at any time.

11. Privacy

We only use your personal details to process orders, respond to enquiries and, where you have opted in, send our newsletter. We do not sell your data. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment providers; we never see or store your full card details. To have your data corrected or deleted, email us.

12. General

  • We may update these terms at any time. The version published on this site when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
  • If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
